Day 6 – A Night Filled with Song and Dance
Special Access for Our Group at Two Local Venues
Day 6 – Our guide, Paul, arranged an extra group dinner at the Dingle Pub – across the street from our hotel.
After a pint and a traditional pub meal of meat pie, Irish stew or fish and chips, we pulled up our chairs for a performance by David Geaney, a five-times World Champion Irish Dancer. Along with his partner, he put on quite a show! Such amazing talent and energy!
Folk Concert – St. James Church
The night of song and dance was not over! Paul subsidized part of the cost for a church concert. It was a great introduction to the Irish flute, tin whistle and uilleann pipe.
