Late afternoon – our Oslo Passes had expired! It seemed like a perfect time to get out of the city center and busy tourist areas. We rounded up a few of our new friends, consulted our Rick Steves Scandinavia guidebook, and headed out on a walk through a residential neighborhood, toward the Akers River.
